Looks like Type 4 to me.
with stop installed.
External surfaces look nice and gray. .  I see just a little finish rub.  mostly inside.
This Slide will function for all manufacturers including: Irwin Pederson, Inland Manufacturing, Winchester, Quality Hardware, Saginaw Gear, National Postal Meter, IBM, Rockola, Standard Products, Underwood, and Saginaw Gear Steering Division S'G'
I've read it also works in most commercial manufacturers including Bullseye, Erma, Plainfield, Alpine, Auto Ordnance, Iver Johnson and National Ordnance.
